Biological age calculation validity

Is there any truth to 'Biological Age' that is calculated using many data points including resting HR? This is to deal with “act as per your age (chronological age)... ?”

While there are a lot of tests that calculate Biologic age ( functional age) vs real age ,their use in modern day assessment has not been proven and they are not clinically indicated.
